When your refrigerator or freezer isn’t working correctly or at all, the first step to getting it fixed is some over-the-phone diagnosis.
In some cases, we can help you identify issues that can be resolved without having a repair technician sent to your home.
If it is determined that a technician does need to check out the refrigerator / freezer, then we will schedule a service call with you.
Service calls are scheduled based on your convenience and our earliest availability.

The service call at your home.

When our repair technician performs the service call at your home, there are several steps to completing the service. They will first identify the root cause of the problem with your refrigerator / freezer. They will then present the issue to you, and let you know what will be involved in repairing it. If it can be repaired at that time, and within the price of the initial service call, it will be. If any parts need to be ordered, or if the work will exceed the cost of the service call, the technician will provide an estimate to you for completing the repair.

We keep a small stock of parts that we need frequently and that work across a larger number of appliance brands on hand. However, most repairs that require new parts will involve having to order those parts.

Our flat-rate fee for a service call is $99.50

Follow-up and completion of repairs.

If parts need to be ordered, or work needs to be completed at a different time for any reason, a follow-up service appointment will be scheduled. The initial service call fee of $99.50 is credited to the total invoice for the completed refrigerator / freezer repair.
